Professional rigour

Steel borrows the rigour and candour of the restaurant world. Worktop, upstand and sink are a single piece of steel, folded and welded without interruption.

The one-piece worktop is made in AISI 304 steel, 1.5 mm thick, with a raised upstand and integrated bowl. No joints, so nothing is retained: hygiene is structural.

The Scotch-Brite finish is applied in a single direction of brushing along the whole length, welds included — work that few workshops still know how to carry out.

Steel combines readily with solid oak, whose warmth tempers the coolness of the metal. It is the contrast our chef clients favour.
