Privacy policy

We collect only the information you send us voluntarily through the study request form: name, email address, telephone number, city, project type, indicative budget and a description of your project.

No data is collected without your knowledge. The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers.

This information is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a site survey and draw up a quotation.

It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes, and it is not used to send you unsolicited marketing.

Only those responsible for commercial and technical follow-up within Kiluxe Cuisine have access to this information, under the responsibility of AZZABI Hicham.

When a project enters production, the only data sent to the Italian workshop is the technical information required to manufacture it. No unnecessary personal data is shared.

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for twenty-four months, then deleted.

Files that lead to an order are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the statutory retention period applicable to commercial records.

Exchanges with this site are encrypted. Access to enquiries received is restricted to authorised staff.

We recommend that you never send banking details, passwords or copies of identity documents by form or by email. We will never ask you for them through these channels.

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and object to the data concerning you.
