Le Marche has been producing furniture since the nineteenth century. It is there, between Ancona and Camerano, that our compositions are drawn and assembled.

The territory

Where design runs deep

Camerano, Ancona — Le Marche, Italy. A band of hills between the Apennines and the Adriatic, where hundreds of family workshops have made furniture a regional culture.

This is no industrial accident. Le Marche has long had technical schools for woodworking, suppliers of precision hardware, lacquerers, marble masons and welders established within a few kilometres of one another. A complex project can pass between four specialists in a single day.

That density explains the consistency of Italian production. It also explains why we have never considered manufacturing elsewhere: skill does not relocate, it is handed on where it stands.

Heritage

  1. 1970

    Le Marche, a land of cabinetmakers

    In the hinterland of Ancona, a whole region lives from timber. Its family workshops hand down movements that industry has not yet learned to reproduce.

  2. 1985

    From furniture to kitchens

    The workshop leaves living-room furniture behind to devote itself entirely to the kitchen. The first modular system is drawn: a grammar of widths and depths that still serves as the basis today.

  3. 1998

    Lacquer as a discipline

    A humidity-controlled lacquering booth is installed. Lacquering stops being a subcontracted finish and becomes a trade held in-house, with its own workshop and its own craftsmen.

  4. 2006

    Camerano, the factory-workshop

    The production site expands along the Via Direttissima del Conero. CNC machines and hand-assembly benches sit side by side: the precision of one in service of the refinement of the other.

  5. 2014

    Kiluxe opens in Kénitra

    AZZABI Hicham founds Kiluxe Cuisine and becomes the house’s Moroccan representative. The showroom in the Mimosa district presents the first Italian compositions in the kingdom.

  6. 2019

    The design office

    A design team is established in Kénitra. Every project is surveyed on site, modelled, then tested against the real constraints of the building before a single order is placed.

  7. 2024

    Fifty years of drawing

    Thirteen collections in the catalogue, hundreds of kitchens delivered in Morocco, and one conviction unchanged: a kitchen is judged ten years after installation, not on the day it is delivered.

In Morocco

Kénitra, since 2014

Kiluxe Cuisine imports, adapts and installs these compositions in Morocco. Adapting is not a detail: ceiling heights, services, door frames and masonry tolerances differ from one country to another. Every project is therefore redrawn for the actual site, never transposed as it stands.

Our fitters are trained in the methods of the Italian workshop. It is the only way to guarantee that a kitchen drawn in Camerano behaves in Kénitra exactly as intended.
